Hey I’m André, and Silicon Valley trained me for one thing: finding efficient root-level solutions to big problems. As I continued to notice recurring issues in my own life and friends’ stories, the engineer in me went to work when traditional tools like therapists and coaches failed.

Questions
How is Mindworx different from meditation or therapy?
At no point do you need to talk about anything that happened to you, and we don’t spend hours on questions trying to explain why you are the way you are. We are not therapists and do not diagnose or treat any disease, mental or otherwise. Traditional therapy often involves months or years of talking about what’s happened in your past…this is definitely not that.
At no point will you be asked to “just focus on your breath” or “watch your thoughts go by like clouds.” Meditation tries to quiet the mind by forcing it to be quiet. Mindworx works in quite the opposite way…using any racing thoughts to our advantage, and actively eliminating what’s driving them in the first place, rather than trying to force silence.
What if my mind is too loud?
This is exactly where I started, so the first steps of Mindworx are actually engineered for a noisy mind. One of which we actually use the mental noise to our advantage. It helps to actually “go with” the momentum of your trains of thought rather than to ignore them or “just watch” them. Yes, there’s a learning curve, but yes it is oh so worth it.
Do I have to believe in anything for this to work?
It helps to believe that you have the power to influence and change your own life. Other than that…no. This isn’t about belief or hope, it’s about results. Mindworx is grounded, practical, and designed to create real, noticeable shifts in how you feel and function. Once you go through the exercises and experience the changes firsthand, belief isn’t necessary, it becomes obvious.
How much time is required to learn Mindworx?
Just minutes a day. The exercises in the Mindworx Method are progressive. The first exercise takes only 5 minutes, and they go up to 20 minutes (with some clients happily putting in more time). We recommend doing the exercises every day. The more the merrier! You’ll get out what you put into it.
How long is the Mindworx program?
Mindworx is designed to be learned in 10 weeks. Some clients achieve results faster, and some slower…everyone is different. This is a skill you will have and master for the rest of your life. There is no rush.
Will Mindworx work for me?
I’ll be honest, you get out what you put into it. Two things are required optimal change…1) you have to want the change, and 2) you have to follow instructions. The select few who have not gotten optimal results are the ones who 1) thought they were ready for change but actually were not, or 2) (which often follows from #1) didn’t follow the method as designed.
Mindworx was created to effect change at the physiological level. If you have a mind and a body, you want this change, and you can follow directions, you have all you need for transformation.
