My Personal Story with Inflammation and Energy Healing

For years, I was struggling with chronic inflammation, and I didn’t even realize it. My entire body was inflamed—from gut issues caused by antibiotics, to an unresolved infection from 2018, to what turned out to be a systemic parasitic infection. On top of that, I live in Tampa, Florida, where the high humidity holds more pollen, mold, and mycotoxins in the air—major triggers for allergies and sinus inflammation.

The connection between my immune system, my nervous system, and my inflammation became crystal clear: as I addressed my physical health, I noticed I also felt better energetically. My body loosened. My thoughts got clearer. The chronic tightness and mental fog started to lift.
